A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Louisiana and Texas, Samuel established his own CPA firm in 1999 after beginning his public accounting career at Ernst & Young, one of the world’s leading Big Four accounting firms, and later serving in senior positions with regional and national CPA firms in Los Angeles and New Orleans. His reputation is built on technical excellence, practical business judgment, and long-term client relationships.

Having owned and operated his own CPA firm since 1999, Samuel understands firsthand the opportunities and challenges business owners face because he has experienced many of them himself. Throughout his career, he has seen businesses succeed, struggle, grow, evolve, and adapt through changing economic conditions—experience that provides perspective no textbook can teach.

Today, the firm provides audit, review, compilation, tax, bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, and business advisory services to privately owned businesses, real estate and construction companies, nonprofit organizations, churches, community development organizations, and municipal governments throughout Louisiana and Texas.

Samuel has also served as Treasurer for nonprofit organizations in the Shreveport community, bringing the same commitment to stewardship, accountability, and integrity to community service that defines his professional practice.
